This Boardroom Dialogue, hosted by the European Commission’s European Digital Education Hub, is a follow-up from the session Your Guide through the Future Skills Landscape: European Policy Approaches towards Digital Skills.
In a rapidly changing labour market, it is important that our work forces have the right skills, including digital skills and skills related to AI. The European Commission has several initiatives on the topic, some of which are done in the frame of the European Digital Education Hub (EDEH).
This session will allow you to connect and directly discuss with representatives from the European Commission working on the European dimension of digital education.
Jessica Niewint Gori
Head of the Research Structure "Technological Applications for Laboratory Teaching", Indire, Italy
Jessica Niewint-Gori is Head of the Research Structure "Technological Applications for Laboratory Teaching" at Indire, a Research Institute of the Italian Ministry of Education.
Her experience extends to participation in national and European projects and work groups and projects related to STEM and Artificial Intelligence, such as the European Commission's European Digital Educational Hub, the workgroup about STEM education ran by the European ministries of education at European Schoolnet.
Rasmus Benke-Aberg
Team Lead – Digital Education Hub Community, Stifterverband, Germany
Rasmus is Team Lead of the European Digital Education Hub (EDEH) for the German NGO Stifterverband. In this role he works together with the European Commission to implement EDEH and to build up a community of practitioners of digital education in Europe.
Rasmus has previously been the Director of the Erasmus Student Network (ESN), Secretary General of OBESSU and Vice-President of the Lifelong Learning Platform. He has a Master’s Degree in European and International Relations from Linköping University.
