This plenary is designed to challenge you on multiple levels. Are you ready to speak in front of a group? Will you listen attentively to different arguments? Can you critically analyse learning approaches for their strengths? Of course, you can! And with each contribution lasting just 3 minutes, it’s micro-learning at its finest. Yoga for your wellbeing @OEB.Come along and prepare yourself for a day full of events. Try some exercises to relax, strengthen and stretch during our free yoga session, where you will learn about the benefits of yoga in education as well. For beginners and advanced Yogis.
