Tracy O’Connor is a Program Manager and Curriculum Developer for a Global Customer Service department. She worked with stakeholders to define LMS requirements, conduct an evaluation of available systems, and implement ThinkingCap as the LMS of choice. Implementation involved: integration of data from other corporate data systems, migration of learning assets, the definition of roles/permissions, and configuration of the user experience, As an early adopter and administrator of ThinkingCap within the larger organization, she developed key standards, processes and best practices that served as a foundation for teams evaluating LMS options and implementing ThinkingCap as their LMS solution.

Chuck Sigmund is a Senior Program Manager in Learning and Development. He has overseen the launch of learning technologies at a variety of global organizations and understands the key requirements and potential pitfalls of managing large-scale systems. In his role at Amazon he helped more than 20 teams transition to ThinkingCap and coordinated a worldwide network of administrators. He holds a Master’s in Education, with a focus on the use of technologies to support effective training.
