Dr. Tanja Stepanchuk is an Executive Coach (ICF ACC, EMCC Practitioner), LINC Personality Profiler Coach and Senior Consultant for AI Governance at DB Systel. She works at the intersection of responsible AI adoption, leadership development, people development and organizational transformation.

Her focus is on Responsible AI Leadership: how leaders, HR and L&D teams can build the capabilities, decision frameworks and trust needed to move from AI experimentation to scalable, responsible adoption. She combines AI governance, risk and compliance expertise with evidence-based coaching, talent development, purpose work and career development.

Tanja is also Project Lead of ICF Germany’s “Coaching x AI” initiative, where she explores how AI is reshaping coaching, leadership development and the future role of coaches.
