Sibrenne Wagenaar is fascinated by how people learn in everyday work, in teams, and through professional networks. She is a Dutch learning designer, facilitator, writer, and AI enthusiast who enjoys translating new ideas and technologies into practical ways of learning, collaborating, and improving performance. Her specialties include: designing and facilitating blended and workplace learning; learning in teams and networks; generative AI for learning; and group facilitation.

She works with Joitske Hulsebosch at Ennuonline. Ennuonline helps learning professionals move from traditional training to innovative blended and workplace learning. They inspire people to experiment with technology, especially generative AI, through practical activities and positive learning experiences.
