Rebecca Stromeyer is Conference Chair of OEB Global and Founder of eLearning Africa. An international education entrepreneur with more than 30 years’ experience, she has founded and developed major international conferences and networks in education, technology and languages, and is Managing Director of ICWE. She co-founded OEB in 1995 and launched eLearning Africa in 2005, building it into one of the continent’s leading gatherings on digital education, skills and human development. Her work focuses on bringing together governments, education leaders, businesses and practitioners to address how technology is reshaping learning, institutions and society.
