Rebecca Stromeyer is Conference Chair of OEB Global and Managing Director of ICWE. An international education entrepreneur with more than 30 years’ experience, she has founded and developed a number of major international conferences and networks in education, technology and languages. She co-founded OEB in 1995 and founded eLearning Africa in 2005, which has become one of the continent’s leading gatherings on digital education, skills and human development. Her work focuses on bringing together governments, education leaders, businesses and practitioners to address how technology is reshaping learning, institutions and society.
