Laureen Rwatirera Chivere is VP Talent Management and Chief Learning Officer at Prosus, where she leads AI adoption and talent development across a global group of technology businesses. She has led global L&D teams for many years and was the founding Chief Learning Officer at both ASML and Naspers, after earlier senior roles at EY, Mars, Levi Strauss and Investec. Originally from Zimbabwe, she built her career in South Africa and the Netherlands. She holds an Honours degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town and is currently doing her Executive MBA at VU Amsterdam. She is a mum of four sons and a keen sports fan.
