Jaša Levstik is a Project Manager and Facilitator at the Centre of Excellence in Finance (CEF), where he designs and delivers learning programmes for public sector institutions across South-East Europe and the EU neighbourhood. His work focuses on organisational learning, capacity development, peer learning, and institutional transformation. He has helped develop CEF's Training of Trainers methodology and supports governments and public institutions in strengthening their ability to learn, adapt, and implement reforms.
