Geraldine Voost
Organisational Learning Strategist, Nedap
Geraldine Voost is an Organizational Learning Strategist at Nedap, working at the intersection of organisational development, learning, knowledge management and technology. With a background in Cognitive Science and more than 20 years of experience across instructional design, learning technology and global L&D leadership, she combines systemic thinking with practical insight. Her work challenges a familiar L&D assumption: that every performance problem calls for a learning solution. Instead, she examines how capability, workflow, leadership and organisational conditions shape whether people can learn and perform effectively. Geraldine is a member of OEB’s Global Advisory Board and a frequent international speaker, chair and moderator. She is particularly interested in how AI is changing work, expertise and the role of L&D.
