Shir Shwartz is the Global Head of Learning and Development at Amdocs, where she leads strategic transformation initiatives such as Learning 3.0, AI powered learning agents, and the transition toward a skills driven organization. With over a decade of experience in EdTech and corporate learning, Shir has successfully built and led large L&D teams, designed innovative learning ecosystems, and driven organizational impact through creativity, technology, and forward thinking practices. Shir holds a Master’s degree in Educational Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Sociology.
