Ms Irene Elorm Hatsu Fiebor is the Lead Instructional Designer, eLearning Specialist, and eLearning Project Officer at the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC), with 10 years of extensive professional and technical experience in learning design, development, implementation, and eLearning project management in the thematic areas of conflict management, peace support operations, and peace and security studies. She has successfully trained over 3,000 online participants so far.

Since joining KAIPTC, she has progressively taken on greater responsibility, contributing to the Centre's vision of expanding its training programmes to have a wider impact. She has developed numerous cutting-edge eLearning courses based on expert knowledge and practitioner experience, aimed at enhancing the performance and competencies of targeted participants.

Ms Fiebor is passionate about the use of technology to enable access to education and is deeply committed to bridging the literacy gap.
