Catherine is a seasoned and passionate Learning and Development Leader and certified HR professional with over thirty years of experience developing innovative approaches to workplace learning. She is currently in charge of the Research and Innovation Centre at Quebec Order of Human Resources & Industrial Relations Counsellors (CRHA) and is the editor-in-chief of the recognized HR publication - Revue RH (https://carrefourrh.org/ressources/revue-rh), driving leading-edge topics in this digital new world. Catherine's mission is to bridge the gap that may arise between academic research and practical application, ensuring that evidence-based practices lead to contemporary HR & L&D strategies and professional development across various industries and sectors.
She was responsible for the larger-scale deployment of Codevelopment Action Learning at the CHRA and is the co-author of the related case study in the book "Codevelopment Action Learning for Business: Co-create.
