Carlotta Esser is a Programme Manager at the Hochschulforum Digitalisierung’s Innovation Hub, responsible for the DigitalChangeMaker initiative. She joined the Stifterverband in 2023 in the “Lernarchitekturen” programme and previously worked at Grüner Wirtschaftsdialog. She holds a B.Sc. in Social Sciences from the University of Cologne and an M.A. in Sociology – European Societies from Freie Universität Berlin.
