Lea Hildermeier studies English Studies and Educational Sciences at Bielefeld University and is a founding and board member of the student group LiLiGoesMental. She works to destigmatise mental health issues and establish support structures at university. Her work involves participating in committees, organising workshops and information events and sharing resources on the LiLiGoesMental website. Lea co-authored an article on student mental health in the "Zeitschrift für Beratung und Studium" (2023) and contributed to "Blickpunkt: Student Mental Health im digitalen Hochschulstudium" (2024). She is also a member of the Digital Change Maker Cohort 2023 at Hochschulforum Digitalisierung, focusing on student participation, AI, and well-being.
