Ite led the Business School at a social housing organization in the Netherlands for over ten years. She was responsible for learning initiatives that spanned from personal craftsmanship to organizational development. Additionally, Ite workeds as an independent advisor for the Dutch Government, focusing on Digital Learning Environments and digital skills. Currently, she is enhancing her own skills in coding to create generative art.
