Becky is CEO at Technovatio, developers of Gamoteca, a platform that is helping to enhance & scale human connection in talent development. This approach has been shown to increase engagement and impact of any talent based experiences, from onboarding to mandatory training. She has worked in innovation, ethical entrepreneurship, and impact for 20 years and has been recognised as a Maserati 100 innovator by the Sunday Times and a Digital Changemaker by London Tech Week. In addition to her own entrepreneurship she supports other purpose-driven business leaders through coaching, accelerator programmes and community building initiatives. She lectures in Talent Development at Exeter Business School and holds a post as Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Bath.
