Anamaria Dorgo is a Learning Experience Designer, Facilitator, and the Head of Community at Butter.

With degrees in psychology and human resources, and experience as International HR Business Partner and Learning & Development Manager, she has a lifelong commitment to learning, resulting in her creating engaging learning experiences for a global community. She cultivates and enables participatory experiences for individuals, teams and companies to untangle complexity, think differently and transform their challenges into opportunities.

Anamaria is the Founder of Handle with Brain—a learning and community consultancy sitting at the crossing between learning experience design, learning & engagement strategy, community building and strategic facilitation.

In her free time, Anamaria nurtures an award-winning, global community of practice for over 4,000 Learning & Development professionals called L&D Shakers. In 2023, L&D Shakers was awarded the Silver Learning Giveback Award by The Learning and Performance Institute.
