Rodrigo Melo is Vice-President of EFEE and CEO of CNEF Rodrigo Melo is Vice-President of EFEE and CEO of CNEF - National Confederation of Education and Training (Portugal). Rodrigo has a degree in Law and a PhD in Education. He teaches and researches at Universidade Católica Portuguesa. In 2018 he co-authored the report Reshaping Schools for a T-World on the challenges for schools brought by the digital revolution. He is member of the National Educational Council and Chairman of ECNAIS.
