Following a fulfilling career at the University of Michigan, including a decade directing the Employer and Alumni engagement department, Rachael remains passionate about connecting students with compelling international internships and complementing their experience with engaging programming.

As the internship experience landscape changes post-pandemic, Rachael contributes to Virtual Internships' vision to upskill students with exposure to new work cultures, new technologies and ensure their success with state-of-the-art supportive programming.

And, as remote internships grow in recognition, she is enthusiastic about the positive impact that remote experiential learning can have in creating a more inclusive workforce.
