Larry Flanagan is President of ETUCE and General Secretary of the Educational Institute of Scotland, the country’s largest teacher union. Prior to taking up this post, Larry had 33 years of experience as a practitioner across a variety of roles but primarily as a Principal Teacher of English. He is a Council member of both the UK and Scottish Trades Union Congresses.
