Ugo Caruso

Dr. Ugo Caruso currently serves as Learning Portfolio Manager for the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC) Knowledge Centre for Leadership and Management (KCLM). At UNSSC KCLM he's responsible for the development of the management-related training interventions for UN staff. He is also responsible for the development of the new UNSSC's E-Management Certificate Programme. Before joining KCLM, Ugo led the Digital Learning Unit of UNSSC’s Knowledge Centre for Sustainable Development in Bonn, Germany (2015-2018). Ugo has more than 10 years of experience in coordinating, designing and developing digital learning solutions for UN Staff and partner agencies. Ugo holds a Ph.D. in Public International Law from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University of Frankfurt am Main.
