Eckart Fischer
Manager Knowledge Transfer, J. Schmalz GmbH, Germany
Eckart got a High-School Diploma in the US, was in charge of an internship program in Mexico and introduced e-commerce, cross-media-publishing and a dual education system in a German mid-sized company.
During the past 13 years he has been working for J. Schmalz GmbH, again in various fields:
He trained a new CRM system in 17 countries, gave intercultural trainings (for Asian, Arab and Latin American countries) and was an export manager. Since 2014 he is in charge of the global project Knowledge Transfer: He introduced a LMS and implemented a global learning strategy for the entire corporate sales organization. Today his team creates online trainings for global product launches and blended learning curricula for new sales engineers.
Eckart is well versed in Learning Analytics, EdTech and Train-the-Trainer programs, too. His focus for 2019/20 is to transform the existing national academy of J. Schmalz GmbH into a global corporate academy, with local hubs in Asia and America.
