Sarah Maria Nordt, born in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, is the founder and business executive of Snordtmade.

She studied Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.  Being curious, knowledge- seeking and thrilled by ground breaking ideas she regards the OEB Conference as a great place to foster innovation, to swap ideas on how the future looks like, and get in touch with interesting personalities. 

 

Working as a research assistant at the Institute of Insurance Economics (HSG) she was involved in several projects related to executive education, digital knowledge transfer and the future of teaching in academia.  Together with the team of Prof. Martin Eling, IVW, Dr. Martin Lehmann and Vera Lüchinger she developed the Gamification Toolbox – a digital platform for knowledge transfer, teaching and learning that can be continuously adjusted and extended to the needs of the specific teaching environment. 

 

Alongside to working as a research assistant she founded Snordtmade.  Snordtmade is focused on premium ladies` business wear.  Snordtmade strives to realize superior designs, a made-to-measure Perfect Fit- guarantee, functionality at a max, fashion tech and social as well as ecological responsibility taking in one single product:  the perfect dress for demanding business women.
