For more than two decades, Sabrina Schulze has worked in various management positions in the field of Knowledge Management and Digital Learning. In her current role as Head of New Learning Solutions and Business Excellence at DB Training, Learning & Consulting she defines and implements a digitalization strategy for DB Training, including definition and implementation of digital business models, new media solutions as well as a new learning management system for Deutsche Bahn AG. Her current focus is to enable employees to cope with the exponential pace of change for technology by providing sustainable learning environments based on digital learning.
