Philippe Petitqueux

Philippe is a delegate for educational technologies in agricultural education. He works for the Regional Authority for Agriculture, Food and Forestry (DRAAF) in Normandy. His mission is to support agricultural schools in their innovation and technology projects. Philippe also runs a network called Badging Normandy, which brings together organizations that are experimenting with Open badges and Open endorsements in order to build a learning territory.
He is involved in the European project MIRVA.
