I am Nicole Taylor, born on 18.09.1976. After finishing my apprenticeship, I  spent 6 following years in London, where I was responsible for the well-being of three children as a nanny. 

In 2001 I worked as a customer service employee at TNT Swiss Post AG and moved to Swisscom Customer Service in 2003. Soon afterwards I started my career as an adult educator - an appeal and fascination that still accompanies me today.

Today I successfully lead a team under the label "knowledge commumication", which is responsible for the efficient and sustainable development of over 2500 employees.

At the beginning of 2017 I successfully completed my master's degree in education management / adult education - my main focus has remained to this day: media didactics.

I have been using this knowledge in my everyday life for over 10 years and design and produce digitized learning units: Video clips, eLearnings, Web Based Trainings and much more.
