Code University: Tour and Meetup

CODE is a newly founded private university of applied sciences that is embedded into the vibrant net-work of Berlin’s digital economy. Join for a meet-up with its students at one of the largest startup campuses in Europe – the Factory Berlin on Wednesday, December 6 at 18:00 (Lohmühlenstraße 65, 12435 Berlin). Digital Detox

Disconnect to reconnect at the luxurious Hotel InterContinental Spa during the conference for the reduced rate of € 15 and find balance with exercises for the body and mind in our free yoga classes. Thursday and Friday from 08:00 - 09:00 in room Fontane.

Film Screening of Breakthrough followed by Q&A with the Filmmaker

This documentary will show you a concerted effort to innovate schools from the ground level up and aims to inspire you to take a risk to reinvent your own classroom. Sit back… and engage! Friday from 14:30 – 16:00 in room Charlottenburg II.

Fab Lab Berlin Tour

A guided tour through Fab Lab, an open digital fabrication studio where you can learn how to use 3D printers, CNC routers, design software and more to make (almost) anything you want. Friday from 18:15 – 19:45 at the Prenzlauer Allee 242, 10405 Berlin. Book signing with Julia Hobsbawm

Julia Hobsbawm, author of Fully Connected: Surviving and Thriving in an Age of Overload and Expert in Social Health at Cass Business School in London, will be available for a book signing. Friday at 13:15 in room Potsdam III.

Marlene Meet-up

After the last sessions everyone is welcome to get together, meet, mingle, wind down or continue the conversation after OEB (cash bar). Friday at 17:30 in the Marlene Bar, Hotel InterContinental.

Babbel Breakout Breakfast
