Eva Poxleitner- Learning Technologies & Education Management
Since Febuary 2012 Eva Poxleitner is responsible for program management and learning technologies in the Fraunhofer Academy’s education management team. In particular for the project "iAcademy - Mobile Learning with the Fraunhofer Academy".
After graduating with a diploma in multimedia design (design and computer science) from the University of Augsburg, in which she mainly dealt with e-learning, she worked as a software developer in the IT industry.
She then studied Master of Science in Industrial Design at the TU Munich (2009 to 2011). Mrs. Poxleitner was involved in the development of projects for start-up companies and industrial customers, in the field of applications for mobile devices amongst other things.

I am the founder and director of AlgebraKIT, a Dutch company that develops and licenses software for interactive mathematics education.
In 1997 I finished my masters in engineering mathematics. I have extensive experience in the high-tech industry as engineer and account manager. One of my activities was the successful launch of Districs, a logistics company that reduces parcel volume by 30% using advanced mathematical optimization.
I have also been a math teacher for five years and I am board member of Math4all, the Dutch society of online math education in the Netherlands.

Kirsten Ingmar Heiss is the CEO of OpenCampus GmbH, a startup company with focus on education management and open adoption technology. Together with several German universities, OpenCampus has built the unique OpenCampus framework to manage education processes and next generation learning. Kirsten studied Medicine at the Technical University Munich and was working as a resident physician at the Institue of Human Genetics at the Helmholtz Zentrum Munich and as a stringer consultant for Gartner. As a consultant for the United Nations Development Programme and the Worldbank he conducted several education related projects in Eastern Europe before he founded OpenCampus GmbH.

Norbert Morawetz

Dr Norbert Morawetz is a creative business academic and digital entrepreneur. As a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at Henley Business School, he teaches undergrads and MBAs and looks after the BA Entrepreneurship as UG Programme Director for Entrepreneurship.

Dirk is TrainTool’s Director of Business Development for the education sector. Prior to his role at TrainTool, he had a successful career at Pearson, the world’s largest educational publisher.
At TrainTool Dirk follows his two true passions: helping people to improve their communication and soft skills and supporting the education sector in implementing e-learning materials in their curriculum.
Dirk holds an MA degree in English Language and Literature (Leiden University and University of York). After his graduation, he covered various international sales roles at Pearson and was responsible for delivering custom-made materials (books, e-books, e-learning platforms) to higher education institutions.
In his current role, he is responsible for partnerships across the education sector and consults most Dutch and an increasing number of international universities on online academic communication skills development.
Happy students and happy lecturers is what he aims for – and good communication skills are essential for reaching that goal.

Experience
Bert’s professional life is all about competent people. He thinks, publishes, consults, designs and sets up learning and development projects for corporations. His areas of expertise include technology enhanced learning and leadership development.
Bert has been active in the field of corporate learning and e-learning for the last 15 years, first as instructor and course designer, later as project manager, consultant and business development manager. He worked at IBM Learning Development Europe where he was responsible for commercial e-learning development projects across Europe, and the management of the learning innovation initiatives. Five years ago he joined the Center for Creative Leadership where he is now a faculty and EMEA's IP & Innovation Lead.
Bert wrote the book 'Homo Competens – Let’s talk about competent people in the network age', frequently speaks at conferences such as ONLINE EDUCA BERLIN and blogs.
Current Role
Bert is currently a faculty member of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) EMEA office. In his role he designs and develops customized leadership interventions and programs for clients. Bert is also the IP and Innovation Lead, making knowledge flow and orchestrating innovation initiatives.
Educational Background
Bert holds a degree as Commercial Engineer in Information Management (KULeuven) and an Executive MBA title from the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School.
