Claudia Moessenlechner has been active in the field of teaching and higher educaiton for some 20 years, focusing on English as a second language, communication skills, intercultural training and leadership. Her courses and coaching sessions focus on language, communication and leadership for tourism and hospitality businesses. She has conceptualized courses for tertiary education as well as for private and public companies. She has been heavily involved in the course conceptualization of online courses and graduate programs and has extensive experience as an examiner and accreditor.

Regina Obexer, M.Ed., is an eLearning professional with extensive experience in the design, development and implementation of eLearning programs. She has held leadership roles at various universities both in Australia and Austria and has implemented large scale projects in educational technology. Regina's research interests include blended and online learning and teaching strategies, organisational development, and strategy and change management in the context of digital transformation in Higher Education. Regina is currently a senior lecturer at the Management Center Innsbruck, where she teaches in several blended learning programs and provides training and coaching for faculty teaching in blended and online mode.

Harri Ketamo, Ph.D., is an independent researcher and start-up entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in Learning Sciences, Data Mining and Artificial Intelligence. He is a Senior Fellow at University of Turku and Adjunct Professor at Tampere University of Technology. His current start-up, HeadAI, focuses on creating artificial labour (i.e. bots). Before HeadAI he has found e.g. SkillPixels (games based learning) and gameMiner (game AI & data mining). Ketamo has published more than 80 international peer-reviewed research articles and had approximately 200 presentations in international forums.

Jari Multisilta
Director, Professor, University Consortium of Pori, Finland
Jari Multisilta is the director of Cicero Learning Network in the University of Helsinki, Finland and the professor of multimedia at the Tampere University of Technology, Information Technology at Pori, Finland. Multisilta got his M.Sc. from the University of Tampere in 1992 in Mathematics and his Dr.Tech. at Tampere University of Technology in 1996. He did his doctoral thesis on hypermedia based learning environments for mathematics. Prof. Multisilta has studied learning and modern communication and information technologies and has taken part in several research projects on this area. Currently, his research interests include games for learning, mobile video storytelling, and mobile social video applications. Professor Multisilta has published over 100 international conference papers and journal articles on his research area. He was a Visiting Fellow at Nokia Research Center on 2008-2009 and Nokia Visiting Professor 2012. Multisilta has also been Visiting Scholar at Stanford University, H-STAR Institute for over 15 months during the period of 2007 - 2014.
