Your Guide to Decision-Making in a HE World with Public-Private Partnerships, Co-Providers and Game-Changers
Date Friday, Dec 2 Time – Room
Are you wondering who else your institution needs to look at when deciding how best to take forward its mission and in particular new, updated, extended missions (keeping competitors, comparators, sector leaders, laggards, outliers, and game-changers in mind)?
Join this all important conversation on the four key questions you will need answers to:
1. WHY should my institution work with another one (or several) to achieve its mission?
2. WHICH types of organisations are out there that institutions can work with? (suppliers, co-providers, validators, etc)
3. WHAT types of organisational model are there for collaborations? (subcontractors, joint ventures, consortia (of various sorts), etc)
4. HOW in more detail can my institution work with these? (and how will that impact on my institution’s internal organisation?)
