Ursel Biester

Ursel Biester is a Design Thinker, Host for conversations that matter and Social Entrepreneur. She has co-designed educational programs for organizational change, supported the build-up of an intentional community for journeyers on their quest for personal growth and transformation, authored three books and founded three companies. She specializes in coaching individuals and groups for mastering their current learning edge, matching their personal growth with their next professional challenge. She is currently working with Somos Más, harnessing collective intelligence in social ecosystems.

Irene Zurborn

International Training Project Director at CEDDET Foundation
Irene Zurborn has over fifteen years of experience working in the field of professional training, with a focus on the development of e-learning programs for international organizations. She started as a coordinator of several face-to-face training projects for Latin America, Africa and Asia at the Carl Duisberg Gesellschaft (now GIZ), but since 2003 she has been managing different online training projects at CEDDET for institutions like the WB, AECID, FAO, EU, IADB, among others. She has also launched the first virtual alumni communities of the WB program and worked as an e-learning consultant for projects in Eastern Europe and Mercosur. At present she is managing the IADB Capacity Building Training on Integration in collaboration with CEDDET aimed at professionals working in the fields of economic integration and international trade in the LAC region.
As a life-long learner she is particularly interested in education technology, open innovation and promoting meaningful conversations applying the Art of Hosting practices and Theory U. She has a degree in economics from Universidad Católica Argentina (Buenos Aires, 1987) and an international MBA from S.D.A. Bocconi (Milan, 1993). Before joining CEDDET she worked over ten years as a business consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Roland Berger & Partner, and as an international business manager for ZARA (Inditex Group).

Having refuted formal education, grants and institutional relationships early on his career, Felipe advanced head on into his interests with passion. Amongst his achievements are a painting teaching methodology, participatory projects that moved thousands of people, and a design business constantly looking for new forms of organizing itself. Currently identifying himself as a process facilitator, courage and curiosity are his wind and sail to navigate the world.
