Presentation Panel Panel

Learner Agency, Student Voice & Youth Futures in AI‑Mediated Education

Young people are asking for more than new tools. They are asking for a greater say in how they learn. This session brings together youth  led futures work, honest student testimony and classroom research on shifting learner expectations. Speakers explore what students say they need from AI  mediated learning, where they want more agency, and how their perspectives challenge long  standing assumptions in teaching and policy. The panel offers practical ways to take learner voice seriously rather than treating personalisation as a substitute for agency.
