Learning Myths in Corporate Learning: What Really Works and What Just Sounds Good
This masterclass cuts through the buzzwords of corporate learning to separate myth from evidence. Participants examine popular ideas like personalised learning, microlearning and self ‑ directed learning, explore why certain myths persist, and connect learning science insights to real workplace practice. The session offers practical tests, examples and clear criteria for designing learning that genuinely improves performance rather than chasing trends.
