Boardroom Dialogue Boardroom
Women’s Equity in Learning: Recognising and Reducing Barriers for Women Learners
This boardroom dialogue examines how learning environments can create or reduce barriers for adult women learners. Using evidence on gender-sensitive training and the wider factors that affect participation, participants review their own policies, programme design and facilitation. The discussion considers structural barriers, new risks and practical changes to design, delivery and evaluation.
