She works with the consulting, research and advisory firm Phil Hill and Associates but prior to that spent over eight years with Gartner, the global research and advisory firm. At Gartner she worked on the education hype cycle and annual top trends and technologies in higher education. Before that, Glenda had an extensive career supporting academic technology at a number of US universities, most recently the University of Illinois. She holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota.
