Enhancing Students’ Digital Skills
Date Friday, Nov 25 Time – RoomBishop
To ensure digital transformation of students when they enter the work field, it is important to integrate digital competences in education and curriculum requirements as well as in job profiles. To strengthen this, we need to integrate digital competences in curriculum descriptions, as well as in job profiles. One way to facilitate this is using the Digital Competence Indicator. In this practical How To session you will learn how the Digital Competence Indicator works, what the immediate benefits are, and why integrating digital competences is so important.
Outcomes
- Gain awareness that digital competences are relevant in all education levels and work domains.
- Match your own education profile or curriculum requirements with the digital competences.
- Write and add new digital competences to your own requirements based on inspirational examples on different education levels and from different work domains.
