In this session, Learning & Development leaders from Dell Technologies will share their roadmap for developing experiential learning programs built to upskill Dell’s top talent and prepare them for the next step in their career.
Dell leaders will share key challenges Dell’s programs sought to address, how they created effective learning journeys that leveraged social based learning in virtual and hybrid environments, and the impact those programs have had on participants.

Jennifer Campbell

Jennifer Campbell is an experienced learning and development practitioner, talent leader, and seasoned leadership coach. Over her 15+ year professional career, Jennifer has focused on workplace coaching, team cohesion, performance management, operational excellence, talent acquisition, and HR systems refinement across a variety of industries. She has a demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying leadership and employee engagement programs, creating onboarding experiences, and developing comprehensive talent solutions in complex organizations.
As a thought leader and talent strategist, Jennifer is dedicated to ensuring that career development and growth are a priority for organizations. She is known for reimagining the learning experience by understanding how to manage the training function and connecting learning to career development.
In her current role at Dell Technologies, Jennifer is the Global Program Management Lead for Top Talent Programs where she is responsible for guiding others to create innovative development programs for high-potential team members and leaders. Her guidance and strategic approach to career development has enabled the team to successfully launch two global programs with over 550 participants in its first year. These programs were designed to engage and retain high-potential talent by offering a blended experiential learning experience in a hybrid work environment. Through her efforts, each program has provided opportunities for participants to connect across the globe, expand their network and enhance their cross-functional knowledge and visibility.
In addition, Jennifer’s accomplishments during her time at Dell include introducing the first global learning day in partnership with other business units that attracted over 31,000 attendees. Also, Jennifer has been at the forefront of the intersection of learning and technology by spearheading the integration of multiple technology learning platforms to help drive an elevated learning experience for managers and senior managers.

Alex's participation in a world-class facilitator training program fueled his passion for learning and development. He has been part of the L&D industry ever since. Alex has built, delivered, and scaled leadership development experiences with parters of Abilitie since 2016. As Managing Director of Abilitie Europe, Alex leverages his extensive background in the industry to supporting clients with embedding experiential learning solutions - focusing on cohort-based and social based learning approaches. Gabrielle Rodman
Global Program Manager Top Talent Programs, Dell Technologies, United States of America
Gabrielle Rodman is a Global Program Manager for the Rising Leader at Dell Program, a Program that focuses on developing and preparing individual contributors for first time people leaders. She has been working in Learning & Development in a multitude of roles including leading external industry relations, serving as a team lead on strategic initiatives and special projects, streamlining processes and helping to set the foundation for what is Dell Technology’s go-to-market team. She originally came to Dell during an HR internship where she worked on creating the Global HR mentoring program that has since evolved into a larger cross-functional business initiative. Gabrielle has a background in HR management, project management/global client management and maintains deep interest in modern workplace learning strategies. Gabrielle holds a Bachelor of Arts from Fairfield University as well as a Masters in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University.
