Jochen Hekker

Jochen is the Managing Director of LiDRS Academy, LiDRS Consultancy and LiDRS Online. After a career as a navy officer he moved to the oil and gas industry leading business operations. He wrote several books related to leadership development and psychological ownership. He has a Master Degree in Business Engineering and Management Science and a Executive Master in Internal Auditing. Jochen is currently Interim Managing Director in the process industry and Semicon industry and is predominantly focussed on performance improvements by using Crew Resource Management skills and knowledge.
