This model has been created in 2015 and continues updating, based on evidence of its implementation in Ministries of Education (teaching training and students), companies (Lifelong Learning), and Higher Education Institutions, because of 20 years of experience involved in distance and online education, as well as the permanent researching and studying about different perspectives and experiences. This model looks at quality learning and Student Success.
