Learning to Bridge Skills Gaps: Developing Awareness and Making Use of Digital Certificates
Date Wednesday, Dec 2 Time – Room
Understanding what you are good at and then representing this to others can be a difficult process. Even more challenging is having an awareness of your skills gaps as part of your lifelong learning. In this session we will explore LinkedIn's ecosystem in how it is supporting many organisations in upskilling their staff and students via in-demand and on-demand content with digital certificates that can help them stand out from the crowd. This can especially be important for students who are trying to become more visible as they enter a competitive job market.
