Jean-Malik Dumas
Lecturer Management, Tilburg University, The Netherlands
Jean-Malik Dumas is a Senior Lecturer in Tilburg University, The Netherlands, and the current Teaching Innovation Coordinator for Tilburg School of Economics and Management (TiSEM). As an experienced educator, he builds on his dual technical – managerial background to inspire and support fellow educators through the digital transformation process of higher education.
He joined the French Navy in 1990 as IT Manager and assistant in ergonomic studies, then he worked in the Ukraine as Chief Technical Officer in TV production and developed his own consulting business. Before joining Tilburg University, Jean-Malik held a position of Assistant Professor of Management Accounting in EDHEC Business School, France.
Passionate for teaching, he is currently teaching innovation management, strategy execution and change management. He holds a PhD in Management from Tilburg university, a Master in Research from EDHEC Business School, France, an MBA from Temple University, USA. and a B.Sc. In Information management from AFPA, Marseilles, France.
In the past 15 years, he has taught to undergraduate, graduate and executive audiences in France, Italy, The Netherlands, Russia and Ukraine. He has received several teaching awards. Native French speaker, he is fluent in English and Russian.
Besides work, Jean-Malik and his wife Nataliia have 6 wonderful children which are keeping them busy.

Aswin van Oijen
Head of Department, Tilburg University, The Netherlands
Aswin van Oijen is an expert in innovation in higher education. He has created, redesigned, and managed several educational programs. He has designed and taught many courses at different schools for various audiences. He also has considerable experience in general management, supervision, and consulting, both inside and outside higher education. His background is in strategy, organization, and economics. His main affiliation is now as associate professor at Tilburg School of Economics and Management, where he is head of the Department of Management. Moreover, he is head of EDUiLAB, Tilburg University’s Center for Educational Innovation.
