Miri Shonfeld
Head of TEC, Kibbutzim College and MOFET, Israel
Innovation in Online Collaborative projects: Society and Education
Miri Shonfeld was the head of ICT at Kibbutzim College of Education and the head of the forum for ICT coordinators in teacher education at MOFET Institute.
She was involved in writing the national program for the 21th century, as well as numerous position papers. She has been invited by universities all over the world to present her philosophy and pedagogy on using ICT in education and she is one of the international leaders of AACE and the EduSummit supported by UNESCO.
Her research deals with online learning environments, collaborative work, intercultural links and faculty development.
She received award from the Ministry of education for the unique pedagogical initiative and a prize for outstanding educational project for tolerance.
She is currently the head of the Technology, Education, and Cultural Diversity (TEC) Center at Mofet Institute and a faculty member of the graduate program in Technology in Education at Kibbutzim College of Education in Tel-Aviv.

André Rosendaal

Mainstreaming Virtual Exchange: Experiences and Results from EVOLVE
André Rosendaal is Project Manager ICT in Education at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Groningen, the Netherlands.
He was involved in various university, national and international e-learning initiatives, including projects related to Computer Assisted Language Learning, using Video in Higher Education, Flipping the classroom, Virtual Reality and Online Testing. These projects also reflect his current activities within the faculty of Arts.
From 2009 to 2014 he was chair of the Dutch HE Special Interest Group “Weblectures”. André is involved in teacher professionalization in his role as trainer of various workshops on using ICT tools in education for staff members of the Faculty of Arts.

Courtney Hartzell

Internationalising the Curriculum: A Collection of Case Studies and Sustainable Models
Courtney Hartzell is a graduate student in the International Higher Education master’s degree program at Boston College. Courtney actively presents on issues of Internationalisation of the Curriculum (IoC).
After attaining her bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language, she moved to Istanbul, Turkey and started her teaching career. She continued teaching English at international schools in India and Germany, and most notably, redesigned and implemented a new curriculum while in southern India. She has had experience leading professional development workshops, developing curricula, and researching emerging trends and challenges in international higher education.

Jacques Dang
Technology Director, HEC Paris, France
As Technology Director at HEC, Jacques leads collaborative initiatives in technological R&D, in cooperation with French universities, high-tech companies from the Systematic Paris Region cluster and academic partners from Europe and French-speaking Africa.
These projects involve next-generation networks, distance learning as well as evaluation and learning analytics.
Jacques is the coordinator for the PERICLES project, an e-education project from the national Investments for the Future program (Programme des Investissements d'Avenir).
He is a member of the French delegation to ISO/IEC JTC1 SC36, Secretary for AUNEGE, the French OER repository for Management & Economics, a member of the Steering Committee for Telecommunications at Systematic Paris Region and an expert for the French Ministry for Higher Education, Research and Innovation.
