Working with learning and development for 20 years in both banking and retail, Binnaz honed her skills as a trainer and learning designer. An excellent facilitator, consultant and learning designer, and accomplished project leader, she has delivered many global learning designs for IKEA including a Brandon Hall gold award for best blended learning 2009. Three years ago Binnaz became a senior manager with a 20 person team who are responsible for content design and delivery as well as information architecture and user experience in Inter IKEA Systems BV.
