Dwayne Iserief is the co-founder and COO of Uptale, he lives in Paris, France. Half Belgian half Dutch, he moved to France in 1995, After graduating from MBA institute (INSEEC) he joined the Consultant Company - Phineo on a "Startup project" in sports for the US. This experience gave him the urge to launch his own project. In 2013 he launched LOUIS Creative Workshop with his best friend, a Parisian Ad agency specialized in Street Art in Paris and Los Angeles . After 5 years of great projects for corporations of all kind he wanted to create a tech solution that can propose a real difference to people and that’s how Uptale was born.

Mark Visser

For the past twenty years, Mark Visser has been actively involved in (online) learning. Before the e-learning era, Mark has introduced Computer Based Training (CBT) to multiple universities and colleges, while he was Managing Director of several Dutch e-learning companies. In his spare time, he was politically active in Rotterdam for more than ten years. Currently, he is a board member of the Dutch Training Association for Private Education (NRTO) and he is the CEO of HiHaHo.com, a company that uses Micro Video Learning and Performance Support to create positive and measurable training results in the workplace. Mark attended The Erasmus University in Rotterdam and The University of British Colombia. He holds a MSc. in Information Management.
