Anneke Boink - Meijer(1986) is a teacher and innovator at Summa College in Eindhoven. She is in study for the Master 'Learning and Innovating'. Anneke is passionated about motivation, selfregulated learning and personalized learning. That's the way to ownership. As teacher she create programm's with researching-learning and project-learning where selfregulated en personalized learning are ingredients. In the 'Practoraat Activerende Didactiek' is she in the role of innovator and part of a design team where she does research. Frank van den Ende, Thomas Kramer and Anneke create a platform called SummWise. It helps students to take ownership of their learning, so they can grow as professionals at their own way.

I work with Summa College for 13 years. Summa College is an institution for vocational eduaction. I started teaching at the school of sports. My passions are talentdevelopment and innovation. Due to this passion I grew in the organisation to the role of educational advisor. In this role I try to inspire teachers to work talentbased and to no only teach, but learn together with their students. From the start of my job at Summa College I also have the role as support provider of elite athlethes who want to combine their careers in elite sports and study. Togheter with my collegues Frank van den Ende and Anneke Boink-Meijer we created a platform for teachers and students in which students can work on projects and choose thier own path of subjects and tasks. This platform is called SummWise and helps students to take control of their own learning proces.

Frank van den Ende (1985) is an educational designer and researcher affiliated with Summa College in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Frank leads the ‘Practoraat Activerende Didactiek’ in which the subject of active teaching is being researched. In this ‘Practoraat’ teachers and students take a very prominent place. Not only as the subject of research, but also as researchers. Sharing is in the backbone of the ‘Practoraat Activerende Didactiek’. From websites to cardgames and from workshops to magazines, the ‘Practoraat Activerende Didactiek’ does everything to share their insights and research results with the entire world.
