Date Thursday, Dec 2 Time   –   RoomCharlottenburg III

COVID-19 and the resulting devastating circumstances are no welcome thing. However, the pandemic has forced learning practitioners to reflect on their practice and accelerate change. However, what skills do learning professionals need to meet the new agenda? Drawing on latest CIPD research this session will present the evidence of the key shifts required. Then through a Learning Café format, delegates will create a manifesto to underpin the approach of the effective post-pandemic L&D team.

Outcomes:

- Apply latest research in shifts in learning practice in the post-pandemic world

- Define key capabilities and skills now required by L&D teams for effective practice

- Reflect on key skills gaps and how these may apply and have an impact in your context

- Create a manifesto to underpin a personal and organisational post-pandemic learning strategies
