Since the last two years I've been investigating how virtual and augmented reality can be used for training in both education and enterprises. At our research group of Creative and innovative business at Thomas More University of Applied Sciences we do not merely focus on learning outcomes, but also on usability and motivation. We've carried out several proof of concepts on different subjects. At Ghent University I am a doctoral student focussing on the implementation of virtual reality technology in secondary education, with a strong emphasis on the empirical integration in the classroom itself.
