Plenary: The New L&D – Creating Data Conversations and Managing Change
Date Friday, Dec 4 Time – Room
The new world of workplace L&D is challenging, but also exciting. Yes, we’re in a hard economic environment right now, and the rapid shift to online training has not been easy for everyone. At the same time, there is more opportunity than ever to have an positive impact on organizations and the individuals working within them. In this plenary we meet two people who have had a big impact on their businesses by doing things differently – Guy Wilmshurst Smith of Network Rail in the UK, and Elisabetta Galli of Santander Group in Spain.
