I am an e-learning and web developer at IÐAN vocational and educational center, a non-profit organization serving various industries in Iceland. I also teach at Fjölbrautaskólinn í Breiðholti, one of Iceland's largest community colleges.
My background is in secondary and continuing education with an emphasis on the practical use of digital technologies for teachers and students alike. Recently my main focus has been on video creation and e-learning development within the vocational sector.
I've always been very interested in designing practical learning experiences for students and to find ways to improve the effectiveness of learning media. I'm also fascinated by emerging technologies and strive to discover innovative ways of using them in an educational context.
Currently, I'm responsible for developing, promoting and supporting digital learning and teaching practices at IÐAN vocational and educational center.

I am an e-learning developer and digital marketer at IÐAN vocational and educational center in Reykjavik, Iceland. My current role as an e-learning developer is to develop, promote and support digital learning practices within IÐAN in continuing education for various industries. As a member of the IÐAN e-learning studio, we are responsible for developing educational material both for lecturers and hands-on education.
My background is in human resource management and education. Working with learning and development for 25 years in both private and public schools, I'm especially interested in designing meaningful e-learning experiences. Previously I have had numerous roles in education such as a headmaster, educational director, instructor, and public speaker.
