Walking the Line Between Security and Convenience: Using Online Proctors
Jarrod is a co-founder of ProctorU and was the company's first proctor. He created the initial prototype of the service to fill a need for Andrew Jackson University, where he served as director of technology. He works out of ProctorU's Birmingham, Ala., office where he coordinates the marketing and partnership aspects of the company. In 2013, the Birmingham Business Journal named Jarrod one of the area's Top 40 People Under 40. When not at ProctorU, Jarrod spends time with his two daughters, Maddie and Lizzie. He is a dedicated foodie, devoted Catholic and gourmet beer connoisseur. He studied computer science at the University of Florida and is a die-hard Gators fan.

Major Challenges in Higher Education: Quality and Scaling Up
Vinayagum Chinapah (Sweden and Mauritius) is Professor, Chair Holder and Head of the Institute of International Education (IIE), Department of Education, Stockholm University, Sweden since 2009. He joined IIE in 1976 and served in different professional and research capacities from a lecturer up to the present position as Professor and Director.
Dr. Chinapah worked at UNESCO in Paris (1992-2008) as Director of the Joint UNESCO-UNICEF International Program on Monitoring the Quality of Education and Learning Achievement which covered some 80 countries world-wide.
Dr. Chinapah is member of various research associations and councils and author and co-author of some 75 books. He has successfully led to completion some 35 PhD Candidates and some 180 MA students and has done research, training, and consultancies for several UN, International and Bilateral agencies and several national governments and institutions in some 150 countries world-wide over the past 35 years.

Andreas Hörfurter is involved with eLearning since 1994 and passionate about the possibilites of electronic learning formats. He is working at common sense eLearning & training consultants as senior consultant and project manager. He has supported companies, educational institutions and international organizations in the introduction and implementation of eLearning in more than 30 countries.
Andreas Hörfurter studied Education and Psychology at the University of Munich (Germany) and Enschede (Netherlands) and "Start-Up-Counselling" at the Distance University Hagen. His projects were awarded with the German eLearning Award for the best international project in 2011, 2012 and 2016 and the European eLearning Award EureLeA 2012 and showcased at the Eye on the Earth Global Summit Innovation Showcase.

Assessment Analytics for Rubrics and Scoreforms
Susan Voogd is assessment quality specialist at VU University Centre for Behavioral and Movement. Susan teaches courses on assessment in higher education in the Master program Docent Hogergezondheidszorgonderwijs and teaches courses on educational innovations in the Teacher Education course of the Master of Human Movement Sciences. She is fond to exchange ideas about quality of assessment in higher education and she advises teachers, management and Examination Boards of different colleges and universities about optimizing quality of assessment in the broadest sense (assessment policy, assessment programs, forms of assessment, assessment questions, etc). As teacher she likes to experiment with new available ICT tools and therefor has built and moderated a massive open online course to instruct examiners in the Netherlands. Nowadays she is exploring how assessment analytics for rubrics and scoreforms can help educational organisations and their students.

Peter Isackson has worked in France for over 30 years as a consultant, trainer, coach and trainer of trainers. A prolific author, producer and publisher of a wide range of multimedia and e-learning products, he has acquired a reputation as a pioneer in the use of new technology in training, collaborating with multiple publishers in Europe and the US. He has authored programs on sales techniques, foreign languages, intercultural skills, team management and sustainable development.
He is the founder and Chief Visionary Officer of SkillScaper, proposing next generation authoring tools, methods and content for learning in a Web 2.0 context.
In 1995 Peter Isackson was a member of the steering committee that founded Online Educa Berlin. He is an expert with the European Commission in the area of TEL (technology enhanced learning).
